My previous do-not-long list post (here) was useful! I didnt trade those counters at all, saved me the risk exposure to scammy or value trap companies. nonetheless, please do your own due diligence still, these are my personal thoughts only.
Value Traps
HPH Trust. This is on a long term down trend (price), and declining DPS over the years. FA wise ( short story) does not seem to be prospering compared to shanghai ports.
Noble. There is not many profit generating asset left and there is a lot of debt. even for trading, there is a high risk that it will halt and suspend due to financial woes.
Fishy
Vibrant. When i hear news like there is a fire and the fire burnt down important financial documents.... i LOLed. reminded me of scammy counter. so no need to do further due diligence, just avoid this counter totally!
Maybe if there are such similar counters do let me know i update it.
