Thoughts
Market volatility is high lately.
It is my last week of no-work.... Really enjoyed myself: i) having meals with my parents, ii)meeting friends to catch up, and iii) being healthy. All these didn't cost too much money compared to travelling overseas ( i will post some thing on my recent travel). Overseas holidays do indeed cost a fair bit of money.
Anyway i really felt low-stress without worries in the back of my mind, really looking forward to building my capital up so that in the near future, i can live off my investments and do work that i enjoy, and spend my life doing things that have more impact.
Transactions
JAPFA. Scaled-up on it. It met my criteria of >15% profits... I entered using charts on a shorter timeframe on my Kim Eng acct.. Retrospectively thinking, i had fomo-ed, because i saw price increasing rapidly that day when i was overseas in holiday ( not a planned entry). But anyway i have put a Trailing Stop Loss, lets see how it pnas out

Holdings

Holdings
CSE Global. At expiry date, it was doing good, but subsequently does not seem to be so.. in fact it seems like the moment it crossed my expiry, it dropped! It crossed my trailing SL, but i didn't do anything at all!!!! Will observe and exercise a SL on this counter if needed next week.

China Sunsine. Holding onto this counter for sometime already.... i do not know if this is confirmation biased much... but i am still hopeful on this counter. i have plotted the next possible price movement. if of course it moves negatively against my plots, then i have to exit swiftly to regain liquidity.

Sabana REIT. IF there is no positive development next week, need to exit position as it hits expiry date.

Conclusison

Market is indeed sideway trading, if i continue pure trend trading, the results will not be that good since there are lesser counters to pursue, and the move will not be that fast as if it were in a bullish market. I will divert some attention to fundamentally studying counters.
