[weekly review]2018 w4 Trying to make trading part of my lifestyle

Thoughts
Despite being very busy at work, i actually managed to make a few transactions, because i did stock scans and planned my trades over the weekend, and put a few higher probability counters in my "aiming" watch list. What i also learnt to make use of, was the "set alert configuration" option my my Kim Eng Account.... So with email push notifications, it becomes as good as a a sms alert function, where u can straight away buy. I will work to fine-tune this process so that trading can be a part of my lifestyle that does not take too much effort.

lesson learnt: put in place good processes, and the outcome will be good.

Transactions
AEM. Scaled up further on this Capital growth counter. although i have my eyes set on it at 3.53... i only managed to enter at 3.62.... because i) i didnt set alert configurations on my trading acct; ii) i didnt set condition buying for my acct; iii) didn't trust my own trade plans enough. because of this, it triggered me to think of how to make it easier to trade in a systematic manner.. will share it  once i manage to put it in a nice post and test it out :)

Yongnam. Bought this for Capital growth. this is purely on technical analysis... because of the cup&handle setup; buildup spotted and nice bullish volumes picking up.

FA-wise, this company does engineering structure and has some steel fabrication production facilities.. with china clamping down on environmentally unfriendly steel production plants, steel prices will rise.. acting as a catalyst to drive prices up.

Centurion. Bought this for Capital growth. TA wise, it is similar to yongnam, cup&handle setup, buildup before 55c, increasing bullish volumes.
FA-wise, centurion does accommodation for workers and has moved into student accomodation. while it is not as profitable as say hotels, i assess this biz to be more resilent and sticky. coupled with reduction in US business, even at price at parity with NAV, i feel it is REITs-like with a decent yield 3.29% with potential to increase..

Suntec REITs. Sold this income asset as it hit my trailing stop loss. retrospectively, i felt that i scaled up too prematurely when there was no confirmation on the resumption of up trend... basically while i didnt break my scale-up criteria, my entry was poor. eroded my profits, no choice have to follow my trade plan to protect my profits :)

Holdings
Income Assets: Frasers CPT, Global Inv, Mapletree GCC, Starhub, Suntec Reit.
Capital gain assets: AEM, Centurion, KrisEnergy, Yongnam (cumulative risks of $1.3K)
