Thought of the week
the week that had past, was probably one of the most wealth destructive week for my income asset, because of the incoming "Brexit" fear and the break down in global markets. all my income assets , less Venture corp became red, and right now i am facing a drop in value (-$1.4K) of my income assets portfolio. not that i am too worried about, since i'm in for the dividend, and i have registered close around $2.5k worth of dividends to date. But i do have to be cautious of the glut of property in the singapore retail malls and industry sector ( Soilbuild biz reit & Cache Logistics hub).
i looked thru my past week "prediction" and all of it was did not come true, not even 1 but i will learn and try to improve my forecasting skills
meanwhile i will take a closer look at them to see it will be a good time to enter more, as i do see this as an opportunity to increase my holdings in some of the trust and REITS., looking out for some places to invest in, so drop a comment if you have ideas to share.
only Venture looks like going to have some upward movement, while my other counters will need to hang around to wait for some reversal before i will buy/exit
