Just got back from a gathering with friends. had a good time and didnt spend too much. work has been busy, but it is great to be busy with a group of easy going people.
Documenting/acquiring skills
Trading: no move, still draft mode. perhaps will complete it by this sunday.
Income Investing: no move.
Coding: Stalled.
Transaction
KrisEnergy. Entered this counter as per my stock scan for the week (here). while i admit this was a purely technical play. i do read and listen from analyst friends that increasing prices are expected. this is sort of a reversal play's first pull back.... will see if there is potential to ride the trend.
Holding
Delong. This week it halted, and when halt was lifted, it was an announcement for delisting at $7. While the increase isnt a lot. i got $1.58 profit from this counter. I will likely take the offer, so that i do not incur any transaction cost. quite fortunately i didn't manage to scale up above 7 dollars, but unfortunately i need to find the next trend to ride up.
iFast. Position is slowly inching upwards. will continue to hold this... there was some "good" news that they were one of the 30 applications for virtual bank license in hk... but of course just applicant nothing confirmed. so not much effect on pricing.
Sheng Siong. Trend still in tact. just keep holding
SPH. News of them wanting to buy up m1.. caused a halt. upon reopening, price increased a fair bit. i see 2.85 a resistance level. take a look next week and see how price moves.
