[weekly review] 2018 w5

Thoughts
It's a really busy week for me as i battle the demands of work. As i mentioned in last week's post(here), i planned my trades over the weekends and then set price alerts to trigger me to transact. This allows me to shift the attention during trading hours (which is also working hours) to my weekends where i can afford it more. This has resulted in me being able to focus more on my work.

Transactions
DELONG. Contra-ed loss my 1R worth of money. subsequently the price rebounded back, retrospectively i have set my SL too narrowly and got shaken out. lesson learnt: need to note the volatility of a counter when setting stop loss.

Ho Bee Land, Bought for capital gains. TA-wise, it is a nice up trending counter that had a bullish breakout set-up. FA-wise, it is a property counter that is grossly undervalued (~0.57 of NAV) and low P/E of less than 10! it also gives out decent dividends (>2%) and DPU has gradually been increasing.

Holdings

Capital gain counters. AEM doing awesome; centurion not yet break out; Frasers CPT XD and price drop; Ho Bee Land as abv; Krisenergy lagging O&G counter, but in the money right now; yongnam still consolidating about the buy price.

Income. Global Inv price increasing due to div coming soon; Mapletree GCC price drop a bit, looking to scale up if there is a break in counter trend. Starhub price dropped a bit, but stilll uptrending.
