[weekly review] ww8 2018- Got my First 1-bagger!

Thoughts
Tough times at work, really need to move out soon as it is not healthy for my mental health. Nonetheless, I am still working on the things that give me some happiness, and that is trading!

Transactions
Heeton. Bought for capital gains, based purely technicals. Cup and handle spotted, and price was near a support giving good risk to reward ratio. But FA-wise, it is not too shabby trading well below NAV ( price ~0.5 of NAV) and with a forward PE of 3+?!!! the DPU is also significantly lower than EPU, hence there is room for div grow sustainable, even when right now it is 1% (LOL). of course this position is sized according to my risk appetite too!

UOL. Bought for Capital gains, based on FA and idea of a swing trade -uptrend idea.
FA-wise, UOL is price less than 0.8 NAV, forward PE 8.1 and gives some dividends.

Creative. Bought for Capital gains, based on FEAR OF MISSING OUT (FOMO). this transaction is purely impulsive! I am quite prepared to write-off this transaction.... In the scenario that it continue to rise up, i will not be so proud of this counter as this is akin to gambling! and i don't even buy toto unless my colleagues ask me to join in for CNY draw! but anyway since i have this position and willing to write-off the $6k or so, i might as well prepare a trade plan for this counter. where the SL is below a support ( though i think it will be easily breached).

why at 2.4? because in the shorter time frame, price was yoyo-ing about the 2.6 to 3 region, there is a support at 2.48 as seen, so put  bit of buffer below to see. well anyway, if you do spot some biz time article (here) and price breaks out like crazy! pls avoid jumping in without a proper plan!

Holdings
AEM. If you follow me on investingnote, you will realize i have added this counter a few times. It is still bounding up, and with the results out ( showing positive signs) and bonus share issue of 3 for 1.. liquidity is expected to increase + 6 cents dividend. I am expecting that the price will continue to bound up. Though in the short term some original traders will release some  position upon XB to take profits and price will fall, however more demand will come in as the price is reduced to 25%, making it more "affordable" to retailers. Bearing this in mind, i am expecting to further bounding up as the XB approaches.... then some retracement during the XB to shares enter CDP period. so volatility will be high! though it means there is chance to add some more!
