[review of income holdings] 2017Q1

From:  http://sltrw.blogspot.sg/2017/01/review-went-to-2017-market-outlook-talk.html

Some words
My income assets consists of Trusts, REITS and high Div Yield counters. These counters are held on long term basis, and as long as they give reasonable yield without capital drop, i will continue to hold onto them. since it is the start of 2017, and with re-invigorated thoughts on investment, i will review the holdings for this portfolio, to decide if it is worth divesting.

Criteria 1: need to be above SMA 200 ( daily charts)
these are up trending counters that i want to continue holding, enjoying the dividends and capital gains

Venture 50c per share div! keeping this gem

Accordia golf more than 10% div yield ( if i consider the avg price i entered 62c)

the other counters (mapletree GCC; Soilbuild bizspace; cache logistics)will need to evaluated along the 2nd criteria

Criteria 2: Dividend yield good ROI (~6%), sustainable ( same or increasing), exposure ( industry type)

Looks like I probably be exiting cache logistics and soilbuild soon, but i will need to study the exit in greater depth!
